What do you have to do in order to make an order? Follow the steps below.

Step 1: Register a shop account or log in to your existing account.
Step 2: On the right side of the screen you will see a Quick Navigation menu where you can find the Order button (click).
Step 3: Select the category in which you want to make your order: B-Zone RPG to order gold on the sa-mp servers, B-Zone Forum to order changes to your forum account.
Step 4: Click on „Order Now” below the product you want to order and follow the instructions on the screen.

• For gold orders you will be asked to select the server you play on and enter the nickname of your account without a clan tag if you are part of a clan. Be careful when selecting the server and writing your name. If you mess it up open a ticket immediately https://shop.b-zone.ro/submitticket.php so we can try and fix the problem.
• In case of forum orders you will be asked for your forum details. Note: Processing forum orders must be manually done by an operator so it can take up to 24 hours during the week or more during weekends.

Step 5: After following the steps above click on the „Add to card & checkout” button to finish your order and make the payment.
Step  6: In the following window you will see a summary of the order, total cost, a place in which you can add promotional codes (like the ones we give during Black Week), and where you have to select the desirerd payment method.

Step 7: In case you already have sufficient credit on your shop account to finish the order, you can leave any payment method selected because the credit will automatically get removed from your shop account if available.
Step 8: In the end read and tick the box for accepting the Terms and Conditions of the shop, after which click on „Complete Order” to finish the payment. If you don't have sufficient credit on your shop account you will be redirected to the payment page of the selected payment method to finish the order.
