Orders can be cancelled in the following circumstances:

• You've made an order and for various reasons you did not pay it, so you can ask for the cancellation of the order and/or invoice from your shop account.
• You've made an order, paid it, it was delivered and you did not spend what you have ordered. You have 24 hours to contact us in order to cancel the order and return the credit to your shop account. We will cancel the order and return the credit in your shop account only if you didn't surpass the 24 hours period and only if we can recover the goods you have ordered. If you ordered gold for example and spent it, we will not cancel the order.

To cancel an order or invoice please open a ticket https://shop.b-zone.ro/submitticket.php in which you ask for the cancellation. The processing of the ticket can take up to 24 hours during the week or more during weekends.
