Transferring Credit

The credit on your shop account can be transferred on other accounts following the steps below:

Step 1: Open a ticket https://shop.b-zone.ro/submitticket.php in which you request the transfer of the desired amount (mention the exact amount) in the desired shop account (mention the email address of that account).
Step 2: An operator will answer the opened ticket and make the credit transfer between the accounts, process that can take up to 24 hours during the week or more in the weekends.
